Keffiyeh, also referred to as a shemagh or hatta, is a standard Center Japanese headdress. It’s usually product of cotton or wool and is worn by each women and men. Keffiyehs are available in a wide range of colours and patterns, and are sometimes used to guard the wearer from the solar, sand, and mud.
